“ If you crave the Indian style kathi roll, this is the place to be. We tried mutton egg, chicken egg & achari paneer roll. They were cooked to perfection and all three of them had distinct flavors. The chai here is okayish honestly. But I would still recommend this place as a must visit. ”
“ I been going to Kati Roll for years now. This location is near work so I often head there to do a pickup. The variety is great and all Kati rolls have rich in flavor and I can get it to any spice level I want. It’s a must try if you are in the area. ”
“ I’d like to think that I’m one of their oldest customers as I have been a die hard fan since 2002. From the original location on MacDougal Street to now the many locations all over the city I’m a loyal customer. Always a delicious meal with friendly staff. Considering how many places have had to increase their prices Kati Roll still manages to deliver a spectacular meal at a reasonable price. Always a good idea to go here. ”
“ and it definitely hit the spot! The paratha was warm, flaky, and perfectly grilled—not too oily. The filling (I had aalu roll was bursting with flavor, well-spiced. They didn’t hold back on the onions and chutney either, which gave it that signature tangy-kick. Portion size was generous, and it makes for a great grab-and-go meal or a casual indulgence. If you’re someone who appreciates bold Indian street food flavors, this is a must-try. Would love to see a spicier option or even some fusion variants! ”
“ You gotta try them all (unless you have dietary or religious restrictions). My favorite is the chicken tikka but, trust me, you’re not gonna have a bad kati roll. Outside of the food quality, price is reasonable, employees there are polite and courteous, and the ambience feels nostalgic (especially for South Asians like myself). You just can’t go wrong! ”
“ Omggeee the rice bowl is so good, now I’m gonna be craving for it. Next will try the rolls Can pay by phone. ”
“ I was skeptical because they have 4.1/5 rating but I was pleasantly surpriced. Their best roll is the og anda roll. Don't miss that. The tea is also really nice.I tried the chicken and another kebab roll and those were also good. ”
“ This is one of our favorite Indian food chain for over years. Our must visit when in NYC, chicken tikka( available) and shrimp rolls (no longer available) are our favorites. Peak hours will be super busy, grab and go would be best. When we visited on Saturday around 5:30, less crowded and we could sit and relax and had a bite of our favorites! Food is fresh, same taste every time! I must say, you would have more veggie options than non-veg! ”
